The inaugural Coastal Canine Classic is bounding into Oregon’s Coastal Playground for three tail-wagging days of dogs, laughter, friendly competition, shopping, entertainment, and family fun. Dog lovers from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, California, and beyond are invited to pack the leash, load up the treats, and plan an unforgettable fall weekend on the Oregon Coast.
The fun begins Friday with dog-themed movies, a Meet & Greet Yappy Hour, games, snacks, and raffle prizes. Saturday and Sunday bring the action to the Florence Events Center with a Vendor Fair, professional Pooch & Pals photo sessions, dog show, tricks and talents competition, fashion-show catwalk, agility challenge, and the hilariously splashy Bobbing for Wieners competition. Visitors can also sniff around Historic Old Town Florence, exploring participating dog-friendly shops filled with treats, surprises, and treasures.
And there is even more to sniff out! The Coastal Canine Classic takes place during the Florence Community-Wide Garage Sale, making this the ulti-mutt weekend for bargain hunters, coastal explorers, families, and four-legged travelers.
