From the moment you arrive, the home’s elegant‑meets‑modern nautical décor sets the tone — a space crafted for the finest captain and their loyal crew. ⚓

Arrival & Outdoor Spaces

There’s generous parking for three vehicles, or room for a car plus a truck and trailer hauling your beach toys. As a rare bonus, the bright finished garage is ideal for winter visits or even storing your Rhody Parade vintage car. Inside the garage, you’ll also find the full‑size washer and dryer.

Step through the garage door to the wind‑sheltered back deck, framed by glass panels and a cedar ship‑art wall. Settle into the Adirondack chairs, the deck bench, or the outdoor dining table and enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of distant ocean waves. Beyond the deck, the owners have created a whimsical nautical backyard — a playful surprise waiting to be explored. ⚓🌿

Main Level Living

Through the front door, a spacious dining room welcomes you with an oak table for six — perfect for family meals or late‑night card games. The large, bright kitchen is fully stocked with all‑new contents and everything needed for cooking, baking, or preparing a coastal feast. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, side‑by‑side refrigerator, electric stove, and all the essentials for your culinary adventures.

Just off the dining room is the first bedroom, affectionately named the Crew’s Quarters. This cozy space features a new queen bed, full closet, 32" flatscreen TV, and cheerful coastal artwork set against a bold red accent wall. Across the hall, the full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo for easy convenience.

Continue down the hall to the Captain’s Sitting Quarters, a warm and inviting space with two bright red couches, nautical surprises tucked throughout and direct access to the back deck.

The Captain’s Quarters master suite is also on the main level — a peaceful retreat designed for deep, restorative sleep. Enjoy a luxurious king bed, 40" flatscreen TV, electric fireplace with magical lighting, and a bay‑window desk perfect for journaling or laptop time. The en‑suite bathroom includes a walk‑in shower, expansive counter space, and a huge walk‑in closet. 🔥🛏️

Upper Deck – Loft & Views

Climb the stairs to the second floor — the Captain’s Upper Deck — an airy, open loft with a white balcony rail overlooking the sitting room below. Ring the authentic captain’s bell and take in the sweeping ocean views and unforgettable sunsets through the large windows. 🌤️🔔

This level features a 65" smart TV (hand‑selected by the captain himself), two comfortable couches with ottomans, and a large table for six — ideal for puzzles, board games, or storm‑watching movie nights. Step outside to the upper deck and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the waves roll in.

A surprise third bedroom, the Under the Sea Room, is tucked off this level. Decorated in soothing ocean blues, it features two new twin beds and a cheerful, whimsical atmosphere.
