The décor is a playful blend of nautical elegance and modern ease 🌊—fit for a captain and crew. Outside, there’s plenty of parking for three vehicles or a truck and trailer hauling your beach toys. The finished garage is a bright bonus, perfect for winter visits or stashing your Rhody Parade vintage car.

Step through the garage to a spacious back deck, protected by glass panels and a cedar ship art wall. Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and a deck bench offer front-row seats to the ocean breeze and backyard whimsy. Inside, the dining room greets you with an oak table for six, and the fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from popcorn to seafood feasts 🍽️.

Off the dining room, the “Crew’s Quarters” features a queen bed, full closet, and 32" TV. Across the hall, a full bath with shower/tub combo serves guests. Down the corridor, the captain’s sitting room offers red couches, nautical surprises, and a peek at the sea. The master suite—“Captain’s Quarters”—includes a king bed, 40" TV, electric fireplace 🔥, and a bay window desk for journaling or laptop time.

Upstairs, the “upper deck” is a bright, open loft with a white balcony rail overlooking the sitting room. Ring the captain’s bell and gaze out at the ocean and sunsets 🌅. A 65" smart TV anchors the space, with cozy couches, ottomans, and a game table for six. Step onto the upper deck for wine and waves, or retreat to the “Under the Sea” bedroom with two twin beds and cheerful blue decor.
