The first floor is a wide-open gathering space where the living room, kitchen, and dining area flow together like a gentle wave 🌅. Whether you're stirring soup, playing cards, or watching the clouds roll in, no one misses a moment. A wood stove sits center stage, perfect for cozy fires and stormy day reveries 🔥. There’s a dining table for six and a second table for puzzles, coffee, or quiet conversation.

The queen bedroom shares warmth with the living room—its partial wall allows heat to drift gently between spaces. Nearby, a bathroom with a shower and a full-size washer and dryer make beach life easy and breezy 🧺.
