Our Business History
We have lived here at Heceta Beach since 1994. Our house is a duplex, we live in half and the other half is our vacation rental. We enjoy sharing with others what we get to enjoy every day. My husband was from Milwaukee Wisconsin, via Texas & Alaska. And I was originally from Southern California. We fell in love with the small town atmosphere, and the temperate climate. It may be rainy, but you don't have to shovel rain, and the Ocean Breezes keep it an even 70 in the summer.
Our home "Whales Watch" has been a vacation rental since 1988 and we have been managing it since 1998. So we know what people are looking for in a Vacation Rental and how to market them. We were the first vacation rental with a website in Florence, and began offering our services to our neighbors in 2005. We are not an all inclusive property management company, we only do vacation rentals. What We Do:
